Every ten years, the City of Corcoran reviews and updates the long-term vision for the community's future to incorporate new census data, projections for population, business and employment growth, and community preferences. The 2040 Comprehensive Plan was drafted in 2017-2018 with the input of residents, businesses, and City Commissions, with final approvals by the City Council in 2019.
