Saint Therese
On November 22, 2021, the City Council approved Saint Therese Communities request for approval of a Site Plan, Conditional Use Permit, and Preliminary Plat for a senior living community with 206 units and accessory complimentary uses, some of which will be open to the public. The proposed campus would be located on a newly created 12.88-acre parcel immediately south of City Hall. The City is the owner of the existing 78.88-acre parcel, and the requests includes a Preliminary Plat to create Lot 1, Block 1 that Saint Therese will be acquiring as outlined in the purchase agreement.

Landscape Variance
On February 24th, City Council approved Saint Therese Communities' request of a landscape variance to allow fewer trees on the site for the senior living community project. The applicant proposes 181 trees including 159 overstory and 66 understory trees.
