Heather Meadows Preliminary Plat
Mark Lee, of ML Unlimited, is requesting approval of a preliminary plat for Heather Meadows 3rd Addition at 22901 Oakdale Drive. The request is to create 12 single-family lots and two outlots on the 87.1-acre site. Currently the site is comprised of two parcels, 22901 Oakdale Drive (PID 05-119-23-31-0001) and PID 08-119-23-22-0011. 

Preliminary Plat
The applicant is requesting approval of a preliminary plat which would create 12 single-family lots and two outlots. The applicant is proposing the extension of Heather Lane, which would serve 10 newly created single-family lots. The other two single family lots are existing homes on Oakdale Drive (22925 Oakdale Drive & 22901 Oakdale Drive). 

Open Space & Preservation
One component of the application for Heather Meadows Third Addition is Open Space & Preservation (OS&P). OS&Ps allow property owners to increase the number of development rights on their parcel in exchange for the preservation of at least 50% of the site. This application proposes to preserve 44.8 of the 87.1-acre site for open space. Additionally, the applicant is proposing the installation of a paved street to serve the 10 new lots.
