Overview
Gonyea Companies and Lakeview Development submitted a sketch plan to develop 36.75 Sample rendering

acres of land at the northeast corner of Hackamore Road and County Road 116. The proposal is to develop 66 single family lots that will be roughly 65 feet wide, with some lots being as wide as 75 feet. The proposed development would have 4 cul de sacs which will be accessed from Hackamore Road. The developers plan to sell the lots to one or more quality local builders who have a history of building in the Twin Cities.
